How do you set up your 1:1 coaching offerings?
Typically, a session runs 45 mins. My general recommendation for the overarching setup are five to ten sessions for a period of three to six months. That’s a principle, not a rule: Each collaboration is tailored according to the person’s specific goals, the individual context and the urgency of the matter at hand.
I offer virtual as well as in-person coachings. Before kicking off, there is a complementary 30 mins. discovery session.
What are the modalities for the mindfulness trainings?
The recommended group size for mindfulness trainings is 8-10 persons both for in-person and online formats. This ensures that participants have the chance to address their individual questions and to share their experiences in a trusted and safe space of familiar people.
A virtual training would typically run 6 weeks: Entailing a a deep dive session as kick-off; consisting of weekly training sessions and practice hours; including accompanying handouts, recommended readings, etc.
There is also the possibility for hybrid formats and for workshop-style in-person trainings.
How do you facilitate offsite meeting contributions, workshops or retreats?
My team event portfolio spans from offering 1h offsite contributions (“inspirational sparks”) to planning and facilitating multi-day retreats (“replenishing experiences”).
Overall, there is no one-size-fits-all format. The magic and efficacy of holistic team events is their individual style and unique character. Hence, I design these formats in dialogue with the client and according to the participants’ backgrounds and needs, their development goals, the timeframe available, etc..
Why do you offer your services under the name radiant & beautiful? What does this mean?
The name speaks to my motivating professional principle: Co-creating, together and in trusted partnership with my clients, a more radiant and beautiful (business) world. Treating oneself, one’s peers, employees or customers from a place of embodied awareness, of inner connection and of a mindful purpose holds the potential to generate radiant moments and beautiful interactions for oneself and others. Also amidst challenges and under pressure.
We are all facing a world that is increasingly complex, where lines of conflict are rapidly shifting, where old pathways seem to crumble. Even more so do we need the experience of exploring and establishing new ways of leadership: Doing business in a conscious and humanistic way, generating safe and trusted spaces for each other, supporting community, connection and creativity. Also while ensuring great team performance & excellent results.

What is your methodological foundation? There are so many coaches and consultants out there…
I bow to excellence and I am deeply committed to generating positive change for my clients.
